We provide a defect liability period as required by Indian law and as specified in client agreements. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications made by the client or third parties not authorized by GharBuildr.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GharBuildr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Termination
